We have an exciting opportunity, for two** Stock & System Admins **on a permanent basis to join our team at the **B&M Distribution Centre in Runcorn**
**Shift Pattern**:
- Sunday to Thursday Nights Shift Hours 22:00-06:00
- Friday to Sunday Nights Shift Hours 19:00-06:00
Reporting to the Stock & Systems Team Manager, we’re looking for a highly organised, accurate administrator, with excellent customer service skills, who works well within a team and is also able to work independently.
**The key responsibilities of this role are**:
- Completing aisle count/overflow /pick checks to keep stock integrity.
- Dealing with issues which occur
- Using handheld scanners
- Using MHE 1 & 2 metre llop trucks.
- Supporting the goods in team, ensuring stock is received accurately.
- Liaising with buyers, booking and merchandise departments
- Creating waves, work for the pickers.
- Assist with the systematic loading of the trailer/paperwork.
- Liaising with planning department
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)
- The ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player
- Data input experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
