This role focuses on ensuring inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.Here at GXO, we are recruiting for Stock and Systems Administrators to join our team in Daresbury. The candidate needs to be self-motivated, committed and flexible to provide an efficient service to the customer. Some manual work within the warehouse will be required.Shift pattern: 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday.Pay, benefits and more: Salary up to £27,436.50 per annum plus 33 annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). Benefits include company pension, generous holidays, cycle to work, online discounts, onsite parking and more.What you'll do on a typical day:Carry out PI checks to maintain accuracy within pick faces / storage locationsIdentify and report stock discrepancies, investigate, correct and record using WMS and Microsoft OfficeHandle inbound deliveries, ensure accurate receipt and processing, record delivery information, raise non-conformance issues and ensure stock is put away accuratelyManage order release, rectify unpickable stock, manage pick faces and locations to support system replenishments, and adjust order priorities and despatch routes as requiredProcess inter-site stock transfersWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Self-motivated with excellent communication skills; enthusiastic, quick learner and highly flexiblePPT, LLOP or Ride On truck licences are advantageous but not essentialPC literate with proficiency in email and Microsoft OfficeHighly accurate with strong interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skillsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
