**Business Administrator**

My client are currently seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and ambitious Business Administrator to join their fast-paced office and well-established, friendly, and passionate team. As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supportingthe sales and operational functions of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Operations**:

- Monitor and distribute leads from the shared inbox to the salespeople
- Enter viable leads into the CRM system (Salesforce) and assign them to the correct salesperson with all relevant details and follow-up dates
- Report to Leadership Team daily on leads into the business
- Assist with calendar management for trainers, scheduling calls/zooms/teams meetings
- Assist with research and collate information for large/complex proposals or tenders including finding information via Companies House
- Provide weekly sales forecast and pipeline reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations
- Report on closing ratios, monitor pipeline activity and report to the Head of Sales & Operations
- Create, maintain, and improve business processes, seeking ways to automate tasks where possible
- Manage our Feefo account, monitor feedback and provide responses
- Add delegates to our after-support services and accreditation sites for assessments
- Order and distribute certificates
- Process booking forms and load training dates onto the booking system and websites
- Set up client feedback campaigns and download reports
- Submit course materials to CPD for approval
- Create and distribute PowerPoint & Word templates for our trainers & clients

**Office & Finance**:

- Manage weekly office shop & milk orders
- Order supplies and stationary
- Assist Heads of Departments with any admin tasks required
- Work on projects for different departments
- Book meeting rooms and organise team events and lunches
- Provide cover for other departments during holiday or absence periods
- Assist with website updates for sales products and pricing

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative, sales support or customer service role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise according to business needs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Tech Savvy and IT proficient - must be able to use Word and Excel to a high level

**Package**

**Salary**: £22 - 26k pa dependent on experience and qualifications

**Bonus**: Annual bonus of up to 10% based on company profit and performance

**Hours**: Full time (37.5 hours) based at our HQ in Coventry - office based

**Holidays**: 22 days + statutory. An additional 2 days per year for each year of service rising to 30 days max
