Due to a new and exciting partnership across The Hub, Malet Lambert and Driffield School, we require a skilled individual for the delivery of this new outreach support programme. The role will be fundamental to supporting the three schools in delivering the best possible Tier 1 support in the areas of pastoral care, social and emotional wellbeing, and mental health.
The post is permanent and will be paid on the TEAL Associate Pay Scale at point 11 with an actual annual salary of £21,110.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of working with students with social, emotional, personal and/or behavioural needs
- The ability to relate effectively to students, their parents/carers and professionals working with the
- The ability to coach, mentor and advise staff on suitable behaviour interventions.
- A good standard of education including literacy and numeracy at GCSE grade C/5 or equivalent
The nature of the role requires driving to various provision to support student learning; therefore, the use of a car or ability to reliably travel between sites is essential.
