The successful Senior Registry and Student Services Officer will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative support and customer service to both students and staff. To ensure student processes are executed effectively and efficiently from enrolmentto graduation.

A well-respected large University based in London.

**Description**

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure highest quality administrative support is provided throughout the full academic cycle.
- Ensure accurate recording and data integrity of all student and programme records.
- Proactive in participating in School committees, team meetings and working groups as appropriate.
- Liaise with Registry Manager in reviewing all relevant procedures and systems.
- Coordinate team schedule, meetings and staff rotas.

**Profile**
- Previous experience of supervising and coordinating the work of a team.
- Experience of planning, organising and delivering administrative workload.
- Experience working in Higher Education or student services environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organisational skills.
