We are seeking a **Student Registry Services Officer** to join our friendly and dynamic Admissions Team.

Student Registry Services aims to provide professional services and guidance and manage student registry processes in harmony with the institutional regulations to support students, enhancing their experience throughout their academic journey.
In this context, the role of the Student Registry Services Officer is to provide support to the 3 Student Registry Services Team Leaders and leading processes, to ensure appropriate levels of services.

**About You**
Educated to degree level education or equivalent qualification or experience required. Degree or experience in Admissions role, Higher Education or similar (desirable). You will have previous experience of working in an academic administrative position for at least 3 years, preferably within an international company. You will have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and experience of delivering good customer service, be a team player with a positive attitude. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office, Outlook and Salesforce, with the ability to work accurately and effectively to high pressure deadlines.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Providing support to the 3 Student Registry Services Team Leaders across 2 campuses in the day to day operations of the department;
- Organising the institution’s academic calendar, including validation and publication of the 3 different versions to applicants, students and staff;
- Responsible for following up Semester 7 students, including specialization and capstone selection, progression and assistance with graduation processes;
- Responsible for recording and tracking resit and retake students and ensuring their accurate registration in the systems;
- Collaborating with the Student Registry Services team assisting with the following processes as needed:

- The organisation of the student options selection processes (General education and internship options), including registration in the systems and change management;
- The organisation of the student grouping process, including internal communication for registration in the system and change management;
- The accurate registration of all new and returning students into their appropriate semester and class according to specific criteria and in collaboration with the campus student registry services offices;
- The registration of students into their courses, including the student options in collaboration with the campus student registry services offices;
- The organisation of the student communication at the beginning of each semester, informing them of their classes and option allocations;
- The organisation of Course Review & Evaluations, including the set-up, tracking and reporting;
- The organisation of the assessment mapping and communication to students;
- The organisation of special assessment conditions for students with educational needs, in collaboration with the Senior Learning Support Manager, including communication to students confirming their allowance at the beginning of semester;
- The organisation of progression panels, including the preparation of reports, minute taking during the panels and follow-up of actions impacting internal processes;
- The organisation of individual letters sent to students after each progression panel including record-keeping in the system and following-up student queries;
- The organisation of the student mitigations, appeals and academic complaints, including investigation, preparation, communication and registration in the systems;
- The organisation of academic misconduct panels, including minute taking, communication and registration in the systems;
- The production of semester statistics related to Student Registry Services processes, as required by the Program Committees;
- The organisation of document requests from Alumni and current students;
- Following-up of student day to day requests i.e. attestations, general queries;
- Participating in projects, as required by the institution;
