PRINCIPLE DUITES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY First line management of a team coordinator and the wider administrative team under their supervision providing direction, guidance, support and development. This list is not exhaustive but will include word processing, audio typing using a digital system, typing of correspondence, minutes, reports etc. To provide a full diary management service to the designated members of the management team as outlined in the Job Plan. To provide support service briefings as required and follow up on agreed action points.

To maintain and develop office systems to support the effective flow of office information including developing and maintaining a comprehensive electronic filing and bring forward system. To liaise with staff and stakeholders on all levels both internally and externally to the Trust.Experience A minimum of 2 years administrative experience at an advanced level. Experience of delivering good customer service Experience of working within a team Experience of working using own initiative Experience of arranging agendas and paperwork for Meetings and Senior Management Meetings. Experience of producing reports, monthly statistics etc.

You will have experience of working with Organisational Financial Instructions (Desirable) Experience of dealing with members of the general public Experience of supervising people and managing workloads (Desirable) Demonstrate a positive attitude towards the implementation of new systems and new ways of working. Shows empathy to the client group. Flexible approach to hours worked
