This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, offering incredible opportunities for growth and development.You will be an exceptional Administrator and your day will involve: * Addressing availability issues with speed and creativity, finding the best alternative solutions. * Handling unexpected last-minute changes with confidence, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining high-quality service. * Building strong, effective relationships with key suppliers to deliver exceptional solutions aligned with the company’s brand. * Communicating seamlessly with suppliers, managers, and internal teams to ensure a flawless experience. * Assisting customers with modifying their plans, ensuring requests are met within strict timeframes without compromising service quality. * Upholding high standards by adhering to robust processes and meeting SLA and KPI targets.The successful Coordinator/Administrator will have: * Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role and the ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. You will have a strong interest in providing outstanding service and an excellent understanding of geographical destinations. * Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with top-notch English and numeracy abilities are also essential.
