**Junior Paid Search Specialist**

**Location**: York

**Reports to**: Head of PPC

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Junior Paid Search Specialist to join our marketing team at Agency51. In this role, you will support our paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will work closely with the Paid Search Specialists to help enhance clients ROI, grow traffic and achieve their business goals by managing and optimising paid search campaigns. You will have at least 1 years experience and will be line managed by the Head of PPC.

The role is based out of our York office. One day per week is office based and the remaining are remote working.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and management of paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure they are delivering the best results.
- Help with keyword research to identify new opportunities.
- Write and edit ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Work with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies, with an ROI focus.
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Assist with budget management and help ensure accounts stay within budget.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of paid search marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads etc.).
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numbers.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use simple language where required for non-technical clients.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
- Previous experience in paid search.
