Due to continued and significant growth, we are now looking for an experienced, professional, and reliable Paid Media Executive to develop, execute, and monitor paid marketing plans and campaigns that build brand awareness, strengthen sales, and drive enquiries.

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, including adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives based on performance.
- Manage and update ad groups, keywords, ad copy, and bidding strategies in line with campaign goals.
- Oversee daily budgets and bids for campaigns, ensuring adherence to agreed spend levels and that campaigns are delivering optimal results within budget.
- Work with the team to ensure efficient allocation of budget across campaigns, including rebalancing budgets based on performance.
- Analyse performance data (e.g., CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimisation.
- Create comprehensive performance reports for internal teams or clients, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct deep dives into campaign data to identify underperforming areas and implement necessary adjustments.
- Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies across both Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Leverage first-party data, interest-based targeting, and lookalike audiences to ensure ads reach the most relevant and high-converting users.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copy and creatives are aligned with campaign objectives and best practices.
- Experiment with different ad formats, copy variations, and creatives to continuously improve performance.
- Design and execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, targeting strategies, and bidding structures to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor test results and refine strategies based on findings to drive continuous improvement in performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices for both Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Continuously test new features or tools within the platforms to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure biddable campaigns align with overall strategy and client goals.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, sharing key insights, challenges, and opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Proven track record of optimising and managing successful paid media campaigns with a focus on delivering results and maximizing ROI.
**Skills**:
- Solid understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta advertising platforms.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
**Experience**:
- Experience with campaign management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Facebook Ads Manager) and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of attribution models, bidding strategies, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).

**Education**:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
