Viewing Coordinator

Responsibilities include:
- Arranging property viewings and providing information to potential buyers and tenants
- Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and tenants and providing excellent customer service
- Preparation of keys for viewings
- Supporting the sales and lettings team with administrative tasks as required
- Obtaining feedback following viewings and passing to clients
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role in sales, administration or estate agency preferred
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry and record keeping
- Local knowledge of the Warwick area is preferred
We are looking for a weekday position 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday however there may be some flexibility with this. The ability to work the odd Saturday and holiday cover is preferred.
