Help us make a difference as a Membership Coordinator, which has a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 at home and the office is based in Stratford Upon Avon (CV37 0HR).
**A quick look at the role.**
The Membership Coordinator is a varied role providing membership support to the Packaging and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling) compliance scheme function. The role will involve organising and actioning customer mailings, collatingcontent and publishing the quarterly newsletter, sending out compliance certificates and supporting the execution with any other customer tasks such as questionnaires.
While the role is focused on customer facing interactions, the role will also include wider general administrative tasks with the compliance team and there is a requirement to be flexible at all times.
The role is Monday to Friday and will have the flexibility to work to a hybrid model with potentially 3 days in the office and 2 from home or alternative location.

- Plan all current and potential customer mailings.
- Ensure all customer details are up to date and current.
- Work with compliance managers to ensure the newsletter content is provided and in time.

- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of schemes. This will include
- Manage all inboxes and respond within 24 hours (where possible).
- Verify member registration details via different support sites.
- Receipt all documents required for registration.
- Support Packaging & WEEE Schemes by -- Undertaking pre-checks for packaging and WEEE registration.
- Record monthly and quarterly data return.
- Prepare invoices and provide first line contact to resolve any invoice queries with the support of credit control and compliance managers.
- Reconcile invoices against membership requirements.
- Communicate any service challenges and escalate where appropriate.

- Strong administration experience in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible to alternate between tasks on a daily basis and adaptable to change.
- Loyal and trustworthy.
- Experience in dealing with customers and being the first point of contact.
- Experience in generating, checking and sending mailing communications to customers.
- Knowledge of Producer Responsibility Regulations or similar is desirable.
- Strong Excel skills are desirable such as ‘V-lookups' and ‘IF Statements'.
- Experience of working with large data files would be advantageous.
