**Central Diary Coordinator**
The role of Central Diary Coordinator is based at our main call centre hub in Nottingham and is an important part of Hidden Hearing’s commitment to providing premium customer service and is responsible for ensuring our customers appointments are scheduled appropriately.

With over 50 years of hearing healthcare experience, Hidden Hearing has evolved to become the UK's largest, expert provider of specialist hearing healthcare in the private sector. **Duties**
- Manage (multiple) hearing aid dispenser diaries to maximise appointment potential
- Keep accurate records, on Company systems and manually as appropriate
- Ensure appointment details are accurate and helpful and regularly updated and communicated
- Contribute to communication, team spirit and professional development by taking part in daily huddles and attending team meetings and training events as required.
- Build rapport with customers and make them feel “special, valued and that they belong”
- Answer all inbound calls quickly and according to policy
- Deal with telephone and personal & written enquiries quickly and with a satisfactory outcome for the customer/prospect
**About you**
- A strong influencer who enjoys working with people and has a friendly approach that will lead to delivering results
- You will be motivated, highly organised, and commercially focused to maximise appointments and opportunities
- Be able to use own initiative where required
- You will also have good IT skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: One location
