**Responsibilities**:
**Job purpose**:
To make a significant contribution to delivering maximum sales opportunities by effective and efficient diary management across multiple diaries, optimising attended appointment numbers, provision of exceptional customer care and maximising sales of accessories & care plan.
**Job description**:
- ** Diary Management**:
- managing the diaries of multiple Hearing Aid Dispensers, both in branch and in the field.
- ** Customer Care-** passionate about customer care, providing premium brand service to customers and prospects;
- ** Administration**:
- provide timely, accurate and organised administrative support.
- ** Communication and liaison**-The CDC will communicate and liaise regularly with Contact Operations Management, Hearing Aid Dispensers, Tele-appointers, Customer Services and other Central Diary or Branch Coordinators.
- ** Daily Huddles**-Remotely attend daily ‘Sales Huddle’ meetings with designated HAD’s to ensure utilisation of diary availability for the day, and following days and reviewing the previous day’s activity
- ** Inbound and outbound calls**

- Customer show rates (appointment retention) with 3rd party support
- Inbound call response rate
- Outbound call activity v’s team average
- A team and individual activity bonus scheme is in place and will reward the job holder(s) based on customer show rates, 3rd party support and product sales.
