**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Record detailed customer interactions accurately using CRM systems
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve service quality
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Patient, polite, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
