Call Centre and Admin Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are articulate, self motivated and able to provide excellent customer service over the phone.
The ability to multi task is essential in this role as your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently answer all inbound calls for five different branches - average of 90 calls per agent per day.
- Verifying online appointment bookings
Our call centre operates 7 days a week, between the hours of 8am and 7pm. You will work 8 hour shifts dictated by the rota. We are only looking for full time team members.
Competitive salary and bonus can be earned on completion of probation.
