What's the role about?:
**Product Data Administrator**

**JDH Solutions**

**Full time, Permanent**

**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

**Working**: 35hrs per week, Monday - Friday

**Location**: Bristol

Working as our Product Data Administrator for JDH Solutions (part of the Advantage Smollan Group) you will deliver accurate and detailed product information for use in Space Management or ecommerce. This crucial information is used to help advise manufacturers on product placement based on footfall and consumer behaviour, thus optimising their sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter category segmentation and product data attributes into databases
- Transfer product data from other customer databases
- Ensure product data is 100% accurate, never compromising on detail
- Ensure storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly
- Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards
- Suggest improved ways of working to maximise data management efficiency
- Shop in-store and online for required products
- Photograph products to customer specification
- Occasional Photoshop of product images to required standard (training provided)
- Occasional creation of planograms using specialist planogram software (training provided).

**You will have**:

- Experience of data administration and entry required.
- Microsoft Access experience
- Additionally some SQL query knowledge preferred.
- An excellent team player but equally able to work on own initiative.
- The ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and take ownership.
- Be accurate and methodical, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm to take on the challenge to learn new skills. You will learn how to use Space Planning planogram software and Photoshop.
