**Our Grounds**

Join the dynamic Grounds team at Langdale Hotel and Spa, where we take pride in maintaining the stunning natural beauty of our luxurious estate. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the hotel's gardens, pathways, and outdoor areas are impeccably presented, creating a tranquil and picturesque environment for our guests. As a vital member of our Gardening team, you will assist in maintaining the beautiful grounds of the Langdale Hotel and Spa estate, ensuring it always looks presentable and inviting. Your work will contribute significantly to the serene and picturesque environment our guests cherish. **Role Requirements**
Your duties will include:

- Horticultural tasks according to season
- Tractor driving
- Refuse collection
- Recycling
- Upkeep of waterways and site drainage systems
- Ability to work one weekend every four on a rota
- Full driving licence essential
- Spraying certificate PA1 & PA6 desirable
- Gutter cleaning

To fulfil the purpose of this role, the successful individual will be able to work as part of a team or independently when required, have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and be highly motivated. While previous experience in groundskeeping is desirable, it is not essential.
