**Purpose of the Role**

Night Porters are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests, coordinating support for residents throughout the night and responding to any emergencies that may arise in a calm and timely manner.

**Role Requirements**

We are looking for a Night Porter to join the Estate Night Team who, under the guidance of the Night Manager, are responsible for smooth operation and security of the Estate.
- Assisting with guest requests and understanding their needs
- Preparing conference rooms as per the guest specifications
- Carrying out night audits and security checks across our Estate
- Serving refreshments to guests
- Attending to a variety of matters that arise during the night.

**A few ‘need to knows’**
- This role is offered with at an hourly rate of £11.77
- This role is live-out only.
- Interviews could be virtual or on site and may consist of virtual Teams Call, followed by an onsite visit including time on the grounds.
- Shift patterns run between 9pm and 8am, working over four days of our seven-day week.
- All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
