**Position Overview**:
This is a very rare and rewarding position that does not become available often.

As an All-Round Maintenance Person, each day will bring new and exciting challenges

Everyday general repairs, garden landscaping, and wedding setups, always ensuring that our facilities are in peak condition and our grounds are stunning. While you’ll have the support of a small, experienced team, we value initiative and encourage you to bring your own ideas to the table. Our close-knit environment thrives on creativity and collaboration, allowing us to think outside the box and tackle problems with innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Working regularly with the owner to achieve goals for the positive upkeep of the estate.
- Perform general repairs around the estate, including painting, minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Maintain and enhance the gardens and landscaping, ensuring a welcoming outdoor environment.
- Assist with wedding setup and tidying to create stunning venues for our couples. This will require some weekend work but
- Implement sustainable practices in the workplace, focusing on reusing, recycling, and repairing when possible.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe environment.
