**Exchange Utility are growing and are looking for someone who has an excellent attention to detail to join our in house quality team. You would join a well-established team who play an important role in ensuring a compliant and highly efficient customer journey.**

Communicating with both suppliers and our in-house sales teams you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data input while working in a timely manner to both company and supplier SLA’s.

**Quality Assurance main duties include**:

- Ensuring that all sales are compliant in line with industry standards.
- Processing sales through to suppliers.
- Referring any issues/errors back to sales agents to be corrected in a professional manner.
- Dealing with contract documentation in line with GDPR.
- Data administration and updating records where required.
- Maintaining relationships with our panel of suppliers.

**Quality Assurance experience/skills**
- Ideally has previous energy industry experience.
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Admin skills
- Able to work quality and accurately
- Good customer service skills
