**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a:
**Customer Experience Administrator - Part Time 22 hrs**
Based: Head Office, Springfield Road, Belfast

**About this role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on this new Customer Experience Administrator role within JP Corry playing a pivotal part in driving JP Corry's customer first ethos. The role will support the Customer Experience Executive and wider businessin providing an exceptional customer experience. To achieve this for our customers the role will involve a proactive approach to administrative duties, supporting sales colleagues with tracking and monitoring active and pending opportunities along with servicingcustomer queries on behalf of the company. After our employee's, JP Corry view our customers as the most important aspect to our business, and how we prioritise their needs and continuously evaluate their journey with us sets us apart from others. This rolewill be an integral part of this exciting and evolving journey.
This is a part time position, circa 22.5 hours a week. There is flexibility on when hours are fulfilled Monday to Friday.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

- Respond to and record customer calls ensuring relevant CRM tools are updated.
- Work alongside the branch network to welcome and engage new customers into the business.
- Proactively review CRM and industry reports to identify potential sales leads, and report back.
- Report on project sales value versus actual project sales landed providing analysis of shortcomings.
- General maintenance of accurate and up to date information.
- Working with branch and sales staff
- Identify areas for efficiency and improvement through a continuous development mindset.

You will need to have:

- Demonstrate a passion for customer service.
- Prior administrative experience
- Strong IT skills; Microsoft outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel and teams.
- Confident communicator, with the ability to articulate a high level of oral and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Thorough understanding of confidentiality and discretion.

Desirable:

- Prior experience in a similar Customer service driven role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in the use and analysis of a CRM tool.
