We are currently representing a leading triple accredited executive education business school - who are looking for a Program Manager to lead on their higher education apprenticeship qualifications. Our client started delivering apprenticeships in 2018 andhave nearly 1000 apprentices on their books.
**Job Description**:
The Program Manager is an integral part of the Operations of our clients apprenticeships, expert at managing the day to day organization and delivery of the complex and high value apprenticeship programs to ensure they are delivered to a very high standardand maintain high apprentice achievement and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
- Proactive management of their Apprenticeship programs to ensure programs run smoothly
- To work with the Academic Director and appointed faculty for the designated programs to ensure courses are prepared in time and delivered to the standard required and to be responsible for the success of the courses/program.
- Lead the Program Team (coordinators/managers) to ensure excellent administration of financial data, enrolment, assessment, marking & results dissemination, attendance, and course delivery
- Manage the Program Team and share responsibilities in management of operational systems & platforms such as Salesforce and Canvas to ensure successful delivery of programs
- Create and maintain clear program plans against which progress, risks and issues can be identified and reported
- Monitoring and reporting of revenue, costs and remaining budget as required, suggest and implement ways to save costs and increase margin
- Apprentice Support
- Work with Heads of Apprentice Support Team to manage apprentices’ orientation, progression management, including going on/returning from leave of absence, extension requests, handling academic disciplinary issues and any requests with transition to orfrom the programs.
- Oversee and use Feedback Mechanisms including, satisfaction surveys to identify actions required, ensure problems are resolved quickly and improve delivery of program
- Internal/External Stakeholder
- Liaison Supporting the Head of Operations with review meetings and dissemination of information to relevant external and internal stakeholders, leading such meetings as agreed and required
- Provide feedback from the reviews and business intelligence to the Head of Operations and the Senior Leadership
- Building effective professional relationships with internal stakeholders; faculty, adjuncts and other internal departments (Sales, House, Finance), be a trusted go to person for Apprenticeships
- Assist Apprenticeships Senior Leadership with graduation, recruitment events and arrangements for any other events as appropriate
- Operational Support
- Proactively identify resource needs, solving independently or working with others to do so and delegating work effectively
- Support appropriate selection and admissions activities (including Assessment Centres and Visits) in order to set and gain a better understanding of student needs/expectations
- Leading and actively promoting best practices amongst colleagues, creating noticeable improvements
Salary/Benefits
- £38,000 - £43,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
