Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech, works closely with recruitment companies and tech-driven consultancies to deliver flexible funding solutions and streamline their business. Through taking on a market that was traditionally monopolised by banks, this award-winningcompany has shown phenomenal growth with a clear runway for more. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Business Development Executive with circa 1 year's experience.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:

- Develop new accounts
- Identify and build a pipeline of prospect accounts, utilising warm leads, networking, and through your own independent research
- Target accounts in numerous vertical sectors
- Qualify, close, and manage revenue streams of varying value
- Utilise multiple forms of outreach, marketing support, and established partnerships
- Monitor and manage input activity, conversion rates, and revenue values
- Complete multi-level negotiations and manage 1-6 month sales cycles
- 1+ years proven sales experience gained within recruitment, selling recruitment solutions, FinTech, or payroll solutions (preferred)
- Complex sales exposure
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- The ability to liaise and influence at every level
- A proven record of sales success
- Excited about working in an innovative and fast-paced company
- Autonomous, driven, highly motivated, and oozing business acumen
- A base salary circa 35k
- An uncapped OTE in excess of 50-55k
