Business Development Executive

PE Global is recruiting a Business Development Executive for our international tourism client based in London. The role is an initial 12-month contract and the role is hybrid. The rate for this role is 45.67 GBP/hr. Responsibilities: Partner closely with global brand, partnership, marketing, legal, finance, and product teams to develop and execute local partnerships.Ability to negotiate agreements, discuss structure terms and ensure brand alignment.Identify opportunities for establishing partnerships and business development activities that support our business goals into 2026.Model the financial and strategic impact of partnerships, defining and tracking KPIs to measure partnership success and report results to senior leadershipEnsure excellent execution and ongoing management of partnerships and business development activities and seamless coordination across all business areas.Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaboration opportunities.Qualifications:12+ years of experience in partnership related role (e.g. Business Development, Partner Management)Growth obsessedDeep business acumen to conduct extensive market research and anticipate product and business needsStrong strategic and critical thinking skills - ability to connect dots and proactively develop proposals and solutionsStrong data analysis and modelling skills, basic data science skills are a plus.Proven partnership management experienceKnowledge of the local culture and environment as crucial in fostering successful local partnershipsAbility to build relationships and influence internal executive stakeholders and build long-term external relationships with new and existing partners.Strong project management and organization skillsAble to deal with complexity and adapt to changing business prioritiesFluent in French (written and oral), experience working with / in France a strong plus.Entrepreneurial in spirit, you remain persistent and optimistic when faced with setbacks and you love to tackle complex problems to find solutions that make our hosts’ and guests’ lives easier.Excellent communicator across all functions and management levels and you naturally take the lead on aligning stakeholders when viewpoints diverge.Please note PE Global cannot assist with visa sponsorship. Candidates will need the full right to live and work within the UK for at least the next 12 months.
