Based in the City of London, we recruit leadership in these vital sectors in the UK, US, Europe and Asia.The firm is going through a significant growth period moving into new geographies, opening new offices, hiring new teams and developing new products.As part of this growth, we are seeking to hire a Graduate Business Development Associate who will work side by side with the CEO to help build the business. This is a very exciting role giving you the opportunity to be part of a growing international professional services firm operating in the fast moving international investment and insurance industry.The Position:You willPartner with the CEO and other leaders building a Marketing plan for the firm.Assist in website redesign, collateral updates, brand redesign.Build a partnership strategy to engage with social enterprises and other charities via sponsorship opportunities for our firm.Develop content for email marketing, LinkedIn engagement.Create and executive a Marketing calendar by sector and team lead.Work with team heads of Market insight, quarterly Market reviews, building and delivering client events.Develop and launch new growth initiatives and acquisition channels to drive organic expansion.Contribute to the company's international expansion strategy, supporting the achievement of our growth goals in the US, Middle East and APAC.Support developing the company's brand as the go-to platform for insights, knowledge, and networking.Execute at speed.This role is based in our City of London office Monday – Thursday with Friday at home.You will haveRecent graduate work experience. Passion for Financial Services.A strong curiosity in Marketing focusing on the media and entertainment sectorProactive and highly motivated team player, with positive ‘can do’ attitude.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties.Strong desire to get involved, learn and grow to embrace and make the most of this opportunity.Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. On a personal level, we are seeking a trustworthy, dedicated and dependable individual.
