**About the job**

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London within the People and Culture department the People and Culture Intern is responsible for but not limited to, managing recruitment & selection for selected departments, administrative tasks, facilitating new hire training, driving colleague engagement initiatives, and making sure policies and procedures are adhered to.

**As People and Culture Intern, you will responsible for the following duties**:

- To ensure CVs, interview notes and passports/ visas are complete in order to prepare offer letters and contracts accurately
- Prepare offer letters and contracts with the approval of the Head of People and Culture
- Support Learning & Development team on Move In orientation day
- Oversee all training records and ensure that they are update
- Assist with Engagement activities for the team
- Support with any other administrative tasks required by the People and Culture team
