**As a P&C Intern at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you**:

- The P&C intern is responsible for, but not limited to supporting the P&C team with CV screening and distribution and ensuring job adverts are maintained
- You will undertake administration relating to the full employee life cycle, including but not limited to preparing offer letters, contracts and new starter paperwork, completing references and right to work checks.
- Providing support to P&C team on projects and ad-hoc office tasks
- Support the organisation and implementation of hotel wide engagement initiatives

As an** P&C Intern,** you will be working Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week. Your working hours will mainly be 9am to 5:30pm however your are expected to assist with colleague engagement and onboarding activities which might take place outside of these days and hours.

Previous experience within hospitality is advantageous and excellent written and verbal communication is required.
