We are also proud to recently win the award for** “HR Team of the Year” at the Hotel Cateys Awards 2021**. We are now looking for a **People & Culture Administrator** to join our award-winning team. Located in our Head Office in Belgravia, you will be looking to develop and grow your career within the hospitality industry.

The role is primarily focused on supporting the People & Culture team with administrational tasks and handling reception duties at our Head Office located in Belgravia. Ideally you will be looking for your first step into People & Culture and looking to develop your career with an award winning company.

This is a full-time position with hours between Monday - Friday and occasional weekends.

**What are the key responsibilities of** People & Culture Administrator?**
- To administer details for all new starters including contracts and offer letters in a timely manner
- Liaise with Finance and other departments to ensure payroll is run smoothly on a monthly basis
- Opportunity to get involved in recruitment for our properties in the UK, visiting schools and universities and promoting careers in hospitality
- To check all ID or passport details for all new starters using the Keesing system, to ensure all new starters are eligible to work in the UK
- Administer monthly tasks such as running reports, oversee long service awards and our recommend a friend scheme
- Compile our company newsletter
- To assist with the organisation and planning of our employees' social events
- To control and maintain par stock levels of departmental stationery
- Be responsible for sending and chasing employee references
- Act as the point of contact for our staff accommodation in London and keep a record of rooms that are occupied
- Supporting the wider People & Culture team

**What are we looking for in** the People & Culture Administrator?**
- Have a genuine interest in developing a career in People & Culture (HR)
- Have good organisational skills
- Be discrete when working with confidential information
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be a strong team player
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- We electronically scan and store a copy of your passport/visa and/or ID card to gain a clear indication of the authenticity of the document and establish the ‘Right to Work’ in the UK._
