Vattenfall Group Staff Function is looking for a People and Culture Advisor based in our London office.

As a People and Culture Advisor, you will be the first point of contact and provide effective and efficient People and Culture administrative support and advise to our Employees, International & UK Managers and the wider People and Culture international community on our UK employee life cycle.

This is an exciting challenging role in an international surrounding. For Vattenfall the UK is one of the growing markets with Wind, Heat Distribution and Solution businesses, organised in cross border Business Areas and Units. In the role, you will support and be the point of contact for UK People and Culture Shared Services related matters and be part of our UK People and Culture Operations and International People and Culture Shared Services team.

Your responsibilities as People and Culture Advisor - UK:

- In close alignment with the UK People and Culture Operations and International People and Culture Shared Services team provide support and advise to the wider Business Partners, Group People and Culture Functions and managers on UK related employee life cycle topics
- Seamless execution of a full range of employee life cycle and People and Culture transactional responsibilities related to global/local People and Culture services administration
- Together with International People and Culture Shared Services ensure a continuous development and improvement of transactional processes, improving service efficiency and quality
- Subject matter expert on SAP and master data maintenance
- Provide Payroll support
- Manage People and Culture administration and Comp & Ben processes
- Support with change management and improvement programmes to improve the employee journey and experience
- Support specific country initiatives and projects.

Location

London, this is a hybrid role, but we work at the office 2 or 3 times a week.

**Profile**:
Your Profile as the People and Culture Advisor
- CIPD or equivalent qualifications and working experience
- Experience operating at a People and Culture Shared Services Advisor/Consultant level with good knowledge of employment legislation
- Experience from working in an international surrounding would be an advantage.

You as a person
- You are business oriented and have very good communication skills with the ability to develop effective relationship across functions and cultures
- You have very good organisational and communication skills
- Experience with maintaining People and Culture Master Data in SAP and knowledge of how different systems and processes is connected in a large international company
- You have a hands-on performance focus, a strong drive, a well-structured working method and at the same time a flexible attitude and desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- You bring ideas and are passionate about your profession
- You have courage and integrity with the ability to build trust and confidence
- You act according to our Vattenfall principles by being Active, Positive, Open and Safe.
