The Role:
- The role of Administrator is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys diversity within their working day. From meeting and greeting children, their families, partners & other professionals to undertaking financial duties which support the delivery of the Children Centre activities/plans
- The Administrator will receive training in our SAP Finance Management system. The role involves budget monitoring, raising invoices and using SAP to maintain accurate electronic records and provide information and data for finance meetings and audit reports
- In the role of Administrator you will also become skilled in using E start data systems to capture all new registered families, recording their attendance at activities and support the children centre manager to monitor performance by extracting various data reports
- The Administrator will be proficient IT skills in Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Microsoft Teams will be put to good use everyday and your knowledge of using social media platforms will assist in the promotion of our services and sharing of important information
- The Administrator will supportthe whole team with a wide range of administration tasks.You will have great organisation skills, be able to manage a variety of tasks and prioritise by urgent and importance.You’re outgoing and friendly personality will ensure you are able to communicate professionally with families, children and our partner agencies
