The Administrator will work closely with the Dean of University Centre, Quality and Registrar Officer and academic staff to respond to awarding body and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will be varied and require flexibility and an ability to quicklylearn new processes.
- Key duties and responsibilities will include:_
- scheduling meetings and appointments and providing clerical/secretarial support
- supporting with quality assurance, marketing, course information updating, admissions, student finance and data collection
- liaising with staff across the organisation in capturing and keeping accurate student records and course information
- publishing and supporting the update of University Centre policies and procedures
- updating information for staff and students on the Virtual Learning Environment
- assisting with employability and carers events by sharing and collecting relevant information and arranging activities
- assisting with widening access and participation activities and promotional and interview events
- communicating with students and the Students’ Union
- providing administrative support for a variety of events (HE development events, open evenings, graduation ceremonies, internal progression events, and other)

The role will involve working across difference University Centre buildings. Regard will be paid to the qualifications, experience, current duties and responsibilities and personal circumstances of the post holder.
