The Medical Education department at LUHFT are seeking an admin apprentice to support the function during a period of transition into a new hospital. The individual will work across all streams of Education; Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Compliance enabling them to obtain a range of skills and knowledge in the function.

Medical Education have a site presence on both Royal Liverpool and Aintree University Hospital sites. While cross site working is occasionally required for meetings and cover, individual will have a primary base.

To provide admin support across medical education functions as required.

Areas include supporting;
Undergraduate education and student learners.

Postgraduate education, trainees and trainers

Compliance, data and service improvement

General support, reception cover, room set up

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.

The individual will provide admin support to the education function; supporting on systems, reports and databases.

Support the functions with duties of the roles as appropriate

Regular use of Microsoft software including Excel.

To deal, as appropriate, with enquiries from staff, members of the public
in person and by telephone, and visitors to the Service.

Provide high quality customer care, behaving with courtesy and discretion at all times
