**The Company**:

IAE is based on a purpose built, 36-acre site which is situated on the edge of Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire. The state-of-the-art production facility features an extensive range of automated processes, ranging from robotic welding technology to automated material handling. In addition to this, IAE also houses its own galvanising facility and is currently developing an adjoining site which will incorporate an additional 103,000 ft² of production space, as well as an in-house learning and demonstration facility

**The Role**:

- Assist with the reviewing and closing out Problems & Non-Conformance reports.
- Assist with analysing trends to identify and recommend areas for improvement.
- Prepare presentations, PowerPoints, and graphs to visually communicate quality-related information.
- Develop and create reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality control and process improvement.
- Audit & create reports to illustrate departmental performance related to Quality Assurance activities.
- Conduct departmental patrol inspections.
- Monitor the equipment register and administer activities to ensure that equipment is maintained and calibrated as required.
- Conduct the calibration of measuring equipment.
- Reviewing and advising on deviations, concessions & dispositions and ensuring they are closed in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and updating controlled documents.
- Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new & existing processes.
- Communicate the release of SOPs and provide inter departmental support to ensure compliance.
- Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and the impact of quality control on production activities.
- General Administration duties related to Quality Activities.

You will be self-motivated, extremely well organized, and capable of leading by example. You should have the ability to communicate effectively on all levels and be able to work autonomously where required.
- The ability to communicate well with both internal and external parties, written, verbal and visual.
- Proficiency with Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to problem resolution.
- The ability to gather and analyse information from a variety of sources both internal and external to support your recommendations.

Prior Experience and/or Minimum 5 GCSEs Grades C and above (or equivalents).

**Hours**:Working 39 hours, Monday to Friday IAE offers a choice of working schedules on a 2-week rotational basis, including the option a of Lunch Time Finish every other Friday. Earliest available start 7.30am and latest available finish is 5pm.
