**Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Engagement Lead**
**Knutsford or Glasgow**

As a Barclays RCSA Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for the design, execution and future strategy of the Barclays-wide RCSA. This involves ensuring that there is an appropriate toolset to help the business areas to complete a periodic assessment on the design, and operating effectiveness of controls at the process level. It involves assessments across all business units. The results are then consolidated for presentation to management and at Group level for review and approval.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Assisting with execution design, and ensure physical execute by the businesses/functions of the annual RCSA process
- Establishing and continually improving the mechanisms used in the assessment of control processes
- Ensuring that the RCSA output benefit and value added to the businesses can be quantified and measured
- Continually look for opportunities to review, enhance the RCSA and CERPA Standards and processes

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experienced in dealing with multiple stakeholders in different business functions who have different objective e.g. business and function, Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Fraud and Legal.
- Exceptional commercial focus - sensitive to business needs and requirements but is solution orientated.
- Experience of successfully delivering across teams, delivering new concepts and strategies and of change management.
- Credible experience of ensuring the design and support of framework is embedded across a macro organisation.

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Proven experience of influencing others non under direct management to complete activities at the right time and quality
- Relevant business analysis experience and ability to analyse and forecast trends, developing and implementing steps to reduce risks.

You will be based in Radbroke Hall, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our Tech Command Centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
