We're recruiting a Programming & Partnerships Officer to join our Visitor Experience team within the Sissinghurst Portfolio, which also includes Smallhythe Place, Lamb House and Stoneacre.
Creativity, passion and a love of working with communities and connecting people with places is fundamental for this role to help everyone feel welcome and get the most out of their visit with us

What you'll be doing:You'll be working as part of a portfolio-wide Visitor Experience team, reporting to the Visitor Operations and Experience Manager to develop a programme with partnerships at its heart.
Concentrating on developing community partnerships to ensure everyone gets the most out of our places, you'll be leading on delegated activity within the visitor programme.
You'll plan, implement and deliver a programme of events and exhibitions across the portfolio, linking these events to the properties so that they are both relevant and appealing.
You'll be responsible for some delegated budgets and will provide daily supervision of volunteers.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience of delivering visitor programming and/or working with community partners.
- Knowledge of audiences within the heritage, culture, arts and natural environment.
- Experience of delivering small partner led projects within the heritage and arts sector.
- Ability to measure and evaluate outputs and demonstrate impact.
- Excellent interpersonal and empathetic skills with people and love collaborating with different team members and partners.
- Proven flexible dynamic customer focused approach with experience in delivering high standards of customer service.
