We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Apprentice to join a fast-growing company and to build a long-term career in sales / business development - no prior experience necessary, just a hard-working and can-do attitude

**Job Role**: Sales Apprentice

**Location**: Field based

**Position**: 18-month apprenticeship (with full apprentice training with an established apprentice training provider including qualification)

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours /week)

**Salary**:£12,000 year plus uncapped commission & bonuses (+company vehicle and + Year 1 On Target Earnings of £16,500+

We will provide the industry specific training along with ongoing sales coaching on how to be successful. A simple, clear commission scheme means you will be rewarded well for your individual effort during the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client sales support.
- Retail trade marketing.
- Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers.
- Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge.
- Working towards personal and team sales targets.
- Developing general business and sales skills with internal and external training.

**Qualities and Experience**:

- Passion for establishing a long-term career and motivated by achieving results.
- Confident and professional manner and ability to build rapport.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Must be a positive individual, with the tenacity and target-driven attitude of a successful salesperson.
