Sales Administration Apprentice

We now have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Administration Apprentice** to join the team in Leeds, to assist in the smooth running of the sales process by providing administrative support, managing customer queries, and maintaining accurate records.
**The position**:
- Permanent, full-time
- 40 hours per week
- To undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship

**Main duties**:
- To request quotes from suppliers and follow up with them to ensure that costs are provided in a timely manner.
- To check costing sheets are fully completed and match what has been quoted to the customer.
- To book in surveys with customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately.
- To be responsible for booking travel and accommodation arrangements for the sales team.
- To monitor the sales mailbox, assigning enquiries to the relevant sales people and ensuring that all customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- To produce sales handover information.
- To support salespeople with the admin of larger quotations.
- To be the primary point of contact for incoming telephone sales inquiries, engaging with potential customers and providing excellent customer service.
- To assist in the production of reports for the team provide insights into sales performance.
- Possess Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English (GCSE)
- Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferable)
- Be driven and willing to learn
- Possess excellent customer service skills and experience
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong organisational abilities
- Have strong computer literacy skills
- Be professional, reliable, punctual, and flexible
