**JOB TITLE**: Administrative Coordinator

**LOCATION**: Henfield / work from home

**HOURS**: Monday
- Friday 08.30 - 5pm (hours flexible/negotiable)

**SALARY**: £20,000 - £22,000 p/a

Due to a member of the team going on maternity leave, we're teaming up with the Hiring Manager to recruit for an Administrative Coordinator on an initial 9 month fixed term maternity cover contract. Potential to be kept on in another role and the end ofthe contract.

Full training will be provided, with a thorough handover with the current post holder, however ideally you will already have some basic admin or office experience as a minimum.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records
- Accurate and timely recording of information on the IT system
- Processing insurance claims
- Managing fuel card availability for the company's fleet
- Running reports and tracking data
- Providing administrative support to other team members

**About you**:

- Good IT skills including proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( particularly Word and Excel)
- Basic administration skills and able to follow procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
