We are on the look out for a Transport Administrator to help support the transport team in our new Henfield Depot. To be successful in the role you need to be proficient in Microsoft office suite and to have good organisational skills.

As Transport Administrator your main purpose is for assisting the execution and direction of all transportation matters within the area of operation. As Logistic coordinator your role will include, ensuring that vehicles and plant are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Obtaining Quotes
- File of Defects
- Help the transportation team to achieve its goals.
- Maintain a good working relationship with the logistics team and provide feedback to ensure service quality improvement.
- Running Daily Reports
- Requesting PO details - for invoicing
- Chasing Driver Job Sheets
- Daily asset check
- Assisting in accident check & reporting
- All admin duties as per transport supervisor
