Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The working week is Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 with an occasional requirement for overtime.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise, organisational skills, and effective communication abilities. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining efficient office systems.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members
  • Handle clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Support the team in various projects as required

Experience

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong clerical experience that showcases attention to detail and efficiency
