- Use of Xero, invoicing, raising bills and reconciling.
- Assist in clerical duties such as typing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain office supplies and materials.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Ensure the office operates smoothly by coordinating with various departments.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Xero for financial management.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and organizational abilities.
- Typing proficiency to assist in clerical tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
