**Salary**: up to £20,000

**Role and responsibilities**:
Responsible for responding to daily social media engagement (replying to all comments/likes/messages across all channels).

Organising compensation to be sent to customers

Reporting on voucher/stock spend across the department

Liaising with different departments to help solve customer queries eg buying, quality assurance, area managers, etc

Involved in assisting Marketing team on general admin and everyday needs

Investigate and raise faulty products

Investigate and raise accidents/incidents in stores

Assist/advise stores with customer service decisions

Providing information on products e.g. price/stock

Arrange stock allocations from stock team to stores

**Skills**:
Flexibility and good time management

Ability to be creative with ideas/suggestions

Ability to use initiative

An excellent grasp on the English language, grammar and skills for copywriting is essential to this role

Patient, polite and confident when dealing with customers

Ability to work in fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and deadlines

Fresh ideas, enthusiasm and a willingness to assist when asked, as well as ability to take initiative and always keep busy

Ability to work well independently as well as in a team

An upbeat, can-do attitude and positive mind-set

Happy to help, learn and grow

Live problem solving

**Good to have (but not essential)**:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

An interest in marketing
