**Customer Service Assistant - Join Our Friendly & Growing Team in Kibworth**
**Location**: Kibworth, Leicestershire (LE8)
**Salary**: £25,500 - £27,000
**Hours**: Full-time, 39 hours per week
**Schedule**: Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm | Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm
**Contract**: Permanent | Office-Based | No Weekends

As a **Customer Service Assistant**, you’ll play a key role in managing enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
You’ll be a valued part of our customer operations team, contributing to a supportive environment where your communication skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm will really shine. It’s a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunities to make a real impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Process orders placed online or over the phone using our internal systems
- Prepare quotes, proformas, and order confirmations
- Handle payments, refunds, and customer credit notes accurately
- Liaise with couriers and suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with internal colleagues and external partners
- Contribute positively to team performance and company goals
**What We’re Looking For**
We're seeking a friendly, detail-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering high standards of customer service.
**Essential**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (including a confident telephone manor)
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Organised, reliable, trustworthy and a team player
**Desirable (but not essential)**:
- Experience using a CRM or order management system (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word/ Excel)
- Experience in customer service, admin, or sales support
- GCSEs (Grade C/5 or above) in Maths and English
