**Hybrid Working model**

A newly created opportunity has arisen within this organisation as a result of an in-sourcing of one of the service areas of the business. This role reports to the HR Manager and works as part of the HR team to deliver a customer-centric, proactive and flexibleHR service to a service area of the business. Influencing a modern approach to the handling of people-related issues, the role is the first point of contact for managers.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Managing employee relations cases, including leading on complex cases and business change.
- Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
- Embedding business partnering at the organisation.
- Support recruitment campaigns for the service area.
- Supporting wider HR People Strategy projects and engagement initiatives
- Collectively working with HR colleagues to further enhance, modernise and promote HR processes and maximise HR System functionality for the benefit of all business users.
- Working closely with HR colleagues to build a strong team ethos and high performing

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Depth and breadth of demonstrable experience of providing customer-centric HR partnering - both operational and strategic delivery & support
- Demonstrable success of working in partnership to deliver and implement innovative people solutions that meet business needs, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of delivering transformational change programmes, including restructuring
- OD experience
- Talent management experience
- Experienced in informal conflict resolution and mediation
- Depth and breadth of experience in engaging and influencing managers at all levels and across multiple stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Solid generalist HR knowledge, including administration and end-to-end HR processes
- Able to provide examples to demonstrate how commercial HR services have been delivered
- Experienced and confident working with HR systems and within defined processes
- Recent private sector experience in a SME sized organisation
- Able to demonstrate how collective teamwork adds value
- Experience of leading and delivering complex people projects and initiatives within specific deadlines
- Demonstrates an ability to stay calm and prioritise according to urgency/sensitivity
- Able to analyse information and situations to craft risk-considered solutions/options independently
- Demonstrable experience of leading significant people related projects to deliver improved outcomes
