Finance Business PartnerUp to £60,000 base salary plus benefitsCentral BedfordshireHybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days remoteWe are excited to be representing a leading Manufacturing business based in Bedfordshire as they look to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.This role will support strategic planning and work alongside operational teams to forecast performance, manage budgets and identify risks and opportunities for the group.You will:Partner with non-financial teams to guide, influence, and constructively challenge their decisions.Serve as the primary financial advisor to operational managers.Monitor and interpret key financial indicators, such as cost-per-activity, inventory expenses, and labour productivity.Deliver financial models and analytical insights to support strategic projects, including growth initiatives, investments, and process improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and refine budgets and forecasts.Work closely with supply chain, operations, procurement, and HR to ensure financial and operational goals are aligned.Highlight potential risks and areas for improvement.Assist the wider team with reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc queries.About You:Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).Previous experience in an FP&A position.Background in retail, supply chain, or manufacturing is beneficial but not required.Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Able to work independently and take initiative.Confident communicating with non-financial colleagues.How to apply:If this sounds like you, apply on the link provided or drop me an email to drewmitten@brosterbuchanan.com
