We are currently looking for a **Business Support Officer** to join our **Financial Services Team** on a permanent basis.

Based at our **Leeds office,** this **hybrid** full time position is _35 hours a week._

In terms of what we do, we are an award winning Independent Financial Adviser support group with over 25 years industry experience. We provide a wide range of services that enable us to provide quality financial advice and services to meet the requirementsof our clients.

***What you’ll be getting up to in more detail**:
**On-boarding**:

- Support the on-boarding programme for new Tenet Financial Services (TFS) Advisers.
- Ensuring the smooth support services to TFS Advisers.
- Regular engagement with Tenet mentors to review the trainees progress, in preparation for handover at the point of sign off

**Business Growth**:

- Supply of MI data to the TFS Business Manager for the ongoing review of Adviser business plans and income streams
- Delivering effective support for TFS advisers
- Liaising with Providers to provide up to date industry and market insights

**Engagement**:

- Support the TFS Manager in the delivery of the Adviser Engagement programme
- Ensure consistent client engagement

**General**:

- Resolving queries raised in a professional manner by taking ownership for every query and dealing with them professionally following the customer care management process
- Acting as an ambassador for Tenet Financial Services and assist with retention of advisers.

**You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Motivation and drive to progress personally, professionally and encourage that in others.

**We’d also love to see**:

- QCF Level 4 Diploma or studying towards is desirable but not essential
- Some working knowledge and experience of financial services, ideally in an IFA/Network/DA environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and industry issues and the ability to be able to communicate in relation to those issues at all levels
- Demonstrable track record in a customer service role and/or sales role
