**We have an exciting opportunity within our Oversight & Insight team as a Senior Compliance Helpdesk Officer**

This role is based at our Leeds office in Horsforth on our hybrid pattern which provides a balance between home working and office working.

In terms of what we do, we are an award winning Independent Financial Adviser support group with over 25 years industry experience. We provide a wide range of services that enable us to provide quality financial advice and services to meet the requirementsof our clients.

**What you’ll be getting up to**:

- Assessing and approving Financial Promotions and other consumer facing documentation (e.g., Initial Disclosure Documents)
- Identifying and recording any common trends (FAQs) received from members and bringing these to the attention of the Oversight & Insight Manager and Policy Team
- Producing scheduled and ad-hoc MI for Authorisations and Compliance Helpdesk Manager
- Completing consistency exercises
- Offer assistance and guidance to other departments as required

**This role is ideal for someone who is/has**:

- Working towards CII Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Compliance experience in retail financial services, ideally in an IFA/Network environment
- Experience in assessing and approving financial promotions
- Ability to work with and communicate with different stakeholders internally and externally
- Detailed and demonstrable knowledge of the retail financial services market
- Enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound office I.T. skills - Outlook, Word, Excel as well as PowerPoint
