Tutor - Higher Education Leeds Full Time, Temporary Contract Pay rate: £17.34 - £24.88 per hour (depending on experience) I am recruiting on behalf of a respected Leeds based university for a Tutor to join their academic team on a full time temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with teaching experience in higher education who can deliver engaging learning sessions and provide academic support to students. Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality teaching, tutorials and academic support to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students Contribute to module delivery, lesson planning and classroom preparation Support students with learning needs, pastoral guidance and general academic queries Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback in line with university policies Participate in team meetings, teaching reviews and course development where required Requirements Previous teaching or tutoring experience within a UK university or further education environment Relevant subject qualification at degree level or above Strong communication and student engagement skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs Confident working independently and managing workload to deadlines This is a great opportunity for a Tutor seeking flexibility, a competitive hourly rate and the chance to support student learning within a well-regarded institution.
