**Role**

This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Marketing team within the EMEA region. Acting as a key coordination point, the Team administrator ensures that internal processes, documentation and communication run smoothly. The role supports a variety of business functions, including order processing, translation management, data handling and exhibition logistics and the job-holder will be pro-active, detail-focused and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Provide pro-active day-to-day administrative support and assistance to the Marketing team, ensuring timely and effective coordination of workflows and including document preparation, tracking tasks, scheduling and maintaining records.
- Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, evaluation orders and transfer orders in collaboration with internal teams such as Logistics and Finance.
- Coordinate the collection, review and delivery of translated documents with internal and external teams, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround.
- Ensure the continued effective maintenance and organisation of files, shared drives and digital assets to ensure accessibility and accurate version control.
- Process and track product sample requests, coordinating shipments and communicating updates with stakeholders.
- Provide requested information (e.g. data, charts, summaries) in visual or document formats for internal and external use.
- Submit, track and file invoices and business documentation, supporting Finance, Purchasing and budget tracking processes.
- Assist in collecting and compiling data for reports and internal updates, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with external suppliers, vendors and partners to handle admin requests and coordinate activities.
- Support and facilitate small internal projects through task tracking, document management and coordination across teams.
- Undertake any training or development required to ensure up to date process and operational knowledge, continued ability to carry out the requirements of the job role and general management development.

**ESSENTIAL**
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or operational support role
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- High level IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, working under pressure to meet deadlines and managing time effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and confident working independently and collaboratively across departments

**DESIRABLE**
- Experience using business systems (e.g.ERP, order processing, asset libraries)
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics workflows
- Ability to create and share data in clear formats (charts, visuals, PDFs)
- Additional European language skills
- Experience supporting teams during exhibitions or events
